This Filter Queen motor upgrade is for model 112A.  Old part #4008000100.  This motor upgrade comes with a circuitboard kit and detail instructions withFilter Queen illustration pictures.  The Filter Queen upgrade kit is simple requiring just a few basic tools.  This is for Filter Queen model:
